3. Description of Complaint:This company is an internet hosting provider. They acquired a security company. Since then, this company is refusing to provide the necessary security to the websites we host with this company. We take standard software like Drupal and Wordpress, which very secure. This company does not prevent hackers from placing malicious files in the folders of the websites. When I complain, they ask me to purchase the services of the security company SiteLock. This predatory selling practice is causing us immense harm.
